3DS FBX to XNA - Faded

We created a Stellar Boost in 3DS Max 2014 and we export it to FBX. The texture works, but everything is coming out with a white haze. We checked the render in 3DS and it is fine.

We created the 3DS file with multiple materials and let it create the UV Map for us. We tried adjusting the alpha... Any ideas?

Possibly gamma/lut related?
