3D Printing - Ultimaker
show user profile  StevegeK
Hi guys!

Haven't posted on here for aaaages, but that's about to change. After working 7 years in marketing/health insurance it's time for 3D modeling and related stuff again. I now work at Ultimaker!

Two weeks in, and it's the best. Seriously great people and after owning (and had to sell) an Ultimaker 2 myself, it's great to be able to print again on a regular basis. So I'll also be doing some Maxin' again which is a big plus.

Besides just wanting to share that since I'm darn proud...

Any of you got Ultimakers at home/office? What did you print? Got any models which you'd like to see printed some day?

Anyway... GOOD TO BE BACK! :)

That is awesome dude. I have a monoprice mini v2.

The first thing I printed was a small part for my car that saved me $500+. Paid off this cheap little printer right there.

i like to sculpt miniatures... i use shapeways. they're process is great. before you print, your model is checked and verified for quality and printing issues.

Congrats on the job!

We used to have a rep-rap at work. That was the biggest piece of shit I've ever used. We should have spent a little more and got an Ultimaker.
