3D Max Mapping Problem
show user profile  mnaazmy
I am new to 3D Max, I modeled an awesome low poly character, and i now need to map it. the problem is when I open the UVW unwrapped file in photoshop and add design, they dont seem to blend each other in 3D max as they are in sperate parts... How to overcome this problem? I'll upload the photo soon...

check part 11 of this awesome tutorialhttp://www.maxforums.org/threads/life_sea_turtle_tutorial_mrgrotey/0001.aspx

An easier approach to get rid of the seams is to use an application that has 3d painting capabilities such as Mudbox.
